Various thin film layers (NiCr, TiON) can be applied to a stainless steel capsule, designed for particular temperature ranges. The TiON measurement cells deliver a significantly higher output signal (from 5.5 mV/V) when compared to NiCr measurement cells. For applications with aggressive mediums (for example combustion gases) the measurement cell structure can be applied on alternative materials
