The thin film technology is applicable to a wide range of applications, including those not so obvious at first glance. Next to pressure and force sensors, other sensors, for example flow sensors, can be produced with the thin film technology. The special advantage of thin film sensors is the direct application to a substrate, which is typically stainless steel. Because of this the sensor and the carrier, for example the pressure connection, can be welded and a high medium resistance is guaranteed.

Thin film sensors are also developed and produced based on customer specific specifications.

For the signal processing a broad range of standard electronic modules are available, or, customer specific electronic development is available for an optimal solution.
